Frequently asked questions
Yes! You can book a trip up to 3 months before the scheduled pick-up time. We recommend you book ahead, however we will always try our best to assist if you require a last minute booking.
All drivers working with 2airport are registered and have a valid license. We also undertake a police check on every driver.
Customers that book through the 2airport App, can contact the driver via the App. You can also call our office number on 1300 487 611 , we are always happy to assist.
You can book a preferred driver If you schedule a trip in advance, all you need to do is let us know when you book!
If your child is under eight years old, yes you will need to book a child seat.
Each child seat required corresponds to an additional $5 fee.
Yes absolutely! Just let us know when you book.
Bookings made on our app can be cancelled through the app, you can also cancel a trip by contacting our office on 1300 487 611.
Bookings can be adjusted within 1.5hrs before your trip, however cancellations need to be made 24hrs before your trip.
Yes, you can! 2airport can take you to or from any destination.
